Welcome to the TRIO/STAARS Program website!

Welcome to the TRIO/STAARS Program webpage! This site is designed to provide STAARS students with quick and easy access to the support services offered through the TRIO Program and other departments at Skyline College . This site will also allow you to contact your mentor or counselor online and receive a quick response, and to schedule an appointment with any staff member at your convenience. All of your program requirements are also reviewed for you here, and we will post the latest information about transfer, graduation, and scholarships here as it becomes available.

Please let us know if you have trouble using any part of this page by contacting TRIO Technical Aides Ira Lau (day) or Abdullah Yahya (evening). Ira and Abdullah are available in the Learning Center every day to help you with this website and with any other computer needs you may have. They will be your guides to this website, and this website is intended to offer you a 24-hour link to the TRIO staff, your guides to success in college.
