—You must be a permanent resident or a US Citizen and enrolled as a full time student
—You must have a declared accounting or business as your major or shown an intent to do so by taking at least four accounting or business related courses
—You must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher |

—Essay MUST be on ONE of the three topics from Alas Shrugged.
—Entrant must be enrolled in a full-time college degree program at the time of entry.
—A stapled cover sheet MUST include: name and address of entrant; entrant's e-mail address (if available); name and address of entrant's university; topic selected (1, 2 or 3 from list above); and your declared major.
—Essay must be no fewer than 1,000 and no more than 1,200 words in length, and must be typewritten and double-spaced. One entry per student, please.
—Essay must be solely the work of the entrant.
—Essay must be postmarked no later than September 16, 2005. |

—be enrolled in a distance or online degree program where at least 50% of all courses are provided online or remotely as of October 1, 2005.
